Privacy

A small, purposeful data footprint.

This early-access site collects only the information needed to manage beta invitations and the weekly digest. It is not a place to share patient information.

Who is responsible

Data controller: Francis Scott, operating MedPath. Contact address: [email protected].

Legal basis: consent. You choose whether to submit the beta or digest form, and you can withdraw that consent by contacting us.

What we collect

The beta form stores your email, role, country, optional specialty, consent timestamp, and consent version. The digest form stores your email, consent timestamp, and consent version. The clinician survey stores your survey answers, survey version, role, specialty, work setting, region, optional country, consent timestamp, and any separately consented follow-up email.

We do not ask for or want names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, clinical notes, or other patient-identifying information.

Why and how long

We use these details to manage early-access invitations, understand the professional audience for the product, and send the weekly guideline-change digest when you request it. We retain signup records for 24 months from submission, unless you ask us to delete them sooner, then remove or anonymize them.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides the Pages, Workers, and D1 infrastructure used to host the site and store submissions. Brevo processes notification email sent to MedPath after a signup. Providers receive only the information needed to perform those services.

Your choices

You can ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of your submission by emailing [email protected]. Please do not include patient information in that email.

You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence or work. MedPath is independent and in development. This notice describes the early-access forms and may be updated as the service and its data practices develop.
